Prince Faisal Al-Saud, the president of Eram, and Karl-Heinz Hensel, CEO of Setral Chemie GmbH, met at the notary office of Dr. Reitenauer in Weilheim in order to conclude a commercial agency agreement. The aim of this contract is to sell and promote the established Setral products as well as any new products or developments of the ECCO GROUP in Middle East and North African Markets (MENA).

Eram’s short-term goals are to associate the highly esteemed names of Eram and Setral in the world of industrial lubricants tailored and customized especially for all industrial circumstances, to set new standards for industrial lubricants, especially in rapidly stepping up, technology-hungry environments like the Middle East and Gulf region. In the long term Eram envision to outsource the gained know-how to the local markets which helps to develop the respective national industries.

The strategy of this ambitious undertaking is based on accurate market researches, after slicing the market by geographical territories, by industries, by consumption patterns and by future market trends. The partners work on supplying the individually required lubricants, greases and oils for each category with top quality Setral products in order to improve the customers’ industrial performance and thus reduce maintenance costs and the production downtimes. Eram and Setral are targeting the big industrial entities, the governmental manufactories and all other clients who need special customized lubrication solutions.
