It is the ambition of Setral to develop, produce and supply only such products which fully meet the demands of the market. We feel highly obliged to make use of the present state of technology not only in our research and development laboratories but also to guarantee all of our customers this quality standard for any Setral(r) product. Already in 1997 the management board of Setral invented a quality management system according to DIN ISO 9001 furnished with any necessary resources and competences. Since that time the quality management system has been continuously optimized and adapted to the demands of a process-oriented system. Owing to these efforts the Setral group is now disposing of the latest DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certification.
